Delete your PestLynx account

1. Sign in to PestLynx in the app or at pestlynx.com.
2. Tap your name at the top right, then My account.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. To delete only your own login: choose Delete my login and type your email.
5. Company Owners: to delete the whole company account, choose Delete the company account and type the company name.
6. Confirm. Nothing is deleted for 7 days. You can tap Cancel deletion any time before that; after 7 days it is done automatically.

Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen first, then follow these steps.

Email us from the email address you sign in with. Include your name, your login email and your company's name, and say whether you want your own login deleted or the whole company account (only the company's Owner can ask for that). We reply to that address to confirm it's you, then carry it out the same way, with the same 7 days to change your mind.

Your own login: you can no longer sign in, and your email, phone number, home address, photo, sign-in history and phone notification tokens are removed.

A company account: the company's customers, properties, agreements, visits, invoices, reports, photos, documents and every team login are removed, and its PestLynx plan ends.

• Your name on your company's service reports, pesticide application records, inspection reports and time cards (the company must keep these by law). This applies when only your login is deleted.
• A record that the deletion was asked for and carried out: who asked, when and for which company. No customer data.
• PestLynx's own invoices for the company's plan, kept by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax and accounting.
• Card payments a company's customers made, which belong to the company's own Stripe account.
• Routine database backups at our hosting provider, which expire on their own schedule.
