You get 14 days with every feature and no card needed. Your company starts completely empty, and the trial includes up to 100 text messages. When it ends, pick a plan to keep working; until then your data stays and you can still view and export it.

Yes. You import your own CSV file from your current program or a spreadsheet, see a preview first and can undo an import. Your customers stay yours: the Owner can export customers, visits and invoices as CSV files at any time.

My Visits: today's stops in route order, with the next stop on top. Big buttons for On My Way, Navigate, Start Service and Stop Service, the products used, photos, notes and the amount to collect (only for techs allowed to see amounts). It works in a phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.

Today's visits are saved on the phone. With no signal, My Visits and the visit screens open from that saved copy, and Start Service, products used, notes, extra services, Stop Service and the time clock are saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back. On My Way texts, photos and payments need signal.

Yes. Every screen is in English and Spanish, and each person picks their own language. Each customer also gets texts, emails, invoices and service reports in their own language.

Yes. At each visit the technician records the products used (with the EPA registration number, amount and where it was applied), and the service report goes to the customer when the visit is done. Completed visits are locked: a later change is kept in the history, never made silently.

Yes. PestLynx fills in the Florida FDACS-13645 wood-destroying organism inspection report: a step-by-step form on the phone, a phrase library, a finger signature, a PDF and a private link to send it.

Each company connects its own Stripe account (Settings → Payments). Customers pay by card from the invoice's Pay link, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Cash and checks are recorded too. Card numbers never touch PestLynx's servers.

It can add sales tax to invoices for commercial customers: the Owner turns it on, types the state and county rates, and marks which customers are taxable. A sales tax report shows what was invoiced and collected. PestLynx doesn't file or pay the tax for you.

Yes. Each company gets its own text number (toll-free is recommended), set up in Settings → Texting. Customers see your company name in every text, and their replies come to your Messages inbox.

Yes. Texting is included in every plan, within the plan's monthly text parts. We set up your texting number for you as part of your plan — there's nothing extra to buy for the number.

PestLynx only texts customers whose consent is recorded (when, how and by whom). A customer who replies STOP gets no more texts until they reply START, and anyone marked Do Not Text gets email only.

Phone carriers review every business that sends texts before its number can be used. PestLynx sends the registration for you, and the review can take from a few days to a few weeks. Until it's approved, everything else works and customers still get emails.

Yes. Everything in PestLynx belongs to one company, every screen and search only reads your own company's records, and automated tests check that a second company can never see the first one's data.

Yes. Once a week a copy of each company's data is saved separately from the live database, and the last 8 copies are kept.

You do. Your customers, visits and invoices are yours. If your trial ends or you stop paying, the account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and you can still export. After cancelling, your data is kept for 90 days.

The Owner can download customers, visits and invoices as CSV files (Excel, Google Sheets) from Settings → Data → Export your data, at any time, even when the account is read-only.
