What counts as a tech?
A tech is an active team member with the Tech role — someone who can be assigned visits. Owner, Admin and Office users are free and unlimited on every plan. Deactivated techs don't count.
Are recurring service plans and route optimization extra?
No. Every plan includes everything: recurring service plans, route optimization, customer autopay, texting, prep sheets, WDO reports, service reports and import of your full history.
What happens when I add more techs than my plan allows?
PestLynx asks you to upgrade first: Solo ($49/month) has 1 tech, Pro ($99/month) up to 3, Team ($249/month) up to 10. On Team you can add up to 5 extra techs for $25/month each (15 in all) instead of changing plans. At 16 techs or more, Fleet ($399/month) covers up to 25 techs. More than 25? Contact us.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, at the end of your billing period — as long as you don't have more active techs than the smaller plan allows. Deactivate techs (or make them Office users) first.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes: every plan is 20% off when paid yearly. Cancel a yearly plan any time and the unused whole months are refunded.
What is the founding member discount?
The first companies to subscribe get 30% off.
How does the free trial work?
14 days with everything included and no card. When it ends, choose a plan to keep working — your data stays, and you can still view and export it.
