Messages you may receive

If you agree to receive texts, we only send messages about your pest control service:

• Appointment reminders
• “On the way” messages when your technician is heading to your property
• Service reports after a visit
• Invoices and payment links

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You give your consent by phone or in person when your service is set up. We record your consent on your customer record.

Texts are optional. You do not have to agree to texts to receive pest control service, and you can still get your service reports and invoices by email or on paper.

How often

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and no more texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
